Responsibilities
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients presenting with a wide range of emergency medical conditions
- Perform emergency procedures, including moderate sedation
- Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and ancillary personnel to provide high-quality patient care
- Document patient care accurately in Epic
Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine
- Active New York medical license
- Active New York DEA
- ACLS, PALS, and ATLS certifications (as applicable to specialty)
- Moderate sedation competency
- Current case logs and CME documentation
- Hospital credentialing requirements must be met
