Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (NP)
StartDate: ASAP Pay Rate: $130000.00 - $170000.00
An independent nonprofit community hospital in Oregons scenic Willamette Valley is expanding its outpatient Primary Care APP team.
Position Highlights:
- Independent patient panel
- Team-based primary care model
- Support-style APP role available for candidates not seeking a full panel
- 1618 patients/day target
- EPIC with AI scribes
- Shared clinic call rotation; triage nurse takes first call, escalates to MDs if needed.
- 1:14 days weekday call
- 1:12 weekend callIdeal Candidate:
- 3+ years primary care experience Comfortable practicing independently
- Able to manage chronic and complex conditionsCompensation:
- Starting salary ranges from $130K$170K+ based on experience
- RVU bonus opportunity available
- $10K sign-on bonus
- $10K relocation assistance
- Potential additional $20K locality differential for Mill City location
- 34 days PTO year one
- CME allowance + licensure reimbursement
