As a Licensed Clinician at Aspire HealthPartners, your job purpose will be to provide a variety of essential functionsto provide therapeutic services to program participants. These functions include: Providingtherapeutic interventions in individual and/or group settings to participantsCreating,updating and monitoring progress on participant treatment plansCompletingprogram specific assessmentsDocumentingclient treatment details in the Electronic Health RecordProviding ongoingcommunication to the program team regarding changes, issues or needs ofparticipants or of the program in generalAssisting theprogram team as directed with the operation of the programProvidingappropriate discharge planning and referralAssisting withBaker Act determinations and documentation, when necessaryMaintaininglicensure by staying up-to-date with all renewal requirementsMaintainingcompliance by completing necessary and ongoing training and engaging in allstaff meetings as directedOther duties asassigned QualificationsLicensed as anLCSW, LMHC or LMFT in the state of Florida (491 Board)2 years of experienceworking with target population preferredLevel II Background clearance- All Aspire Health Partners Internships and Careers require Level 2 clearance, with Aspire covering fingerprinting costs.
