A well established and highly respected California law firm is seeking a Transactional Real Estate Attorney to join its growing practice. The firm represents public agencies, educational institutions, and other public entities, providing sophisticated legal counsel on complex real estate and business transactions.
Position Overview
The Transactional Real Estate Attorney will advise clients on a broad range of sophisticated real estate matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing, and other commercial real estate transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
Draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of real estate agreements and transactional documents.
Advise clients on acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing, easements, and other real estate matters.
Conduct legal due diligence and identify potential risks associated with transactions.
Qualifications:
J.D. from an accredited law school.
Active California Bar membership in good standing.
Several years of experience handling commercial real estate transactions.
Compensation & Benefits:
Base Salary up to $200,000 (DOE)
