Job description

  • Pay $185/hr
  • Inpatient and Outpatient
  • 7a-330p 5 days per week
  • No call, possible weekend rounding 1 weekend per month
  • Daily OR coverage: endoscopic vein harvest, first assisting
  • Type of patients / cases / procedures required: Cardiac surgery patients, CABG, AVR, MVR, TAVR; Approximately 150 open hearts per year Patients Per Day/Volume: 6-8 patients per day Available support staff & physician support: Other Cardiac PA's, office staff, 1 MD per day Required Experience/Training: 2 -3 years cardiac experience, proficient in Extraction Vein Harvesting (EVH) - Venapax and Maquet systems Trauma: Level II

  • PA license or IMLC accepted
