HIV Care Clinic Advanced Practice Provider Opportunity - Southern Tier, New YorkSeeking a full-time Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join the HIV Care Clinic in Elmira, NY Äî delivering compassionate, patient-centered HIV care across the Southern Tier of New York and Northern Pennsylvania.Position Details

  • HIV care including diagnosis, treatment planning, medication management, and follow-up care
  • Management of patients with complex needs related to HIV and comorbid conditions
  • PrEP, PEP, and U=U counseling and preventive interventions
  • Collaboration with a multidisciplinary team of physicians, nursing staff, case managers, and social workers
  • Accurate clinical documentation in electronic health records
  • Participation in quality improvement activities and community outreach
  • Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Nursing (NP) or Physician Assistant studies from an accredited program
  • Current licensure and prescriptive authority in New York State
  • National board certification (NP or PA)
  • Experience in primary care, infectious disease, or HIV care preferred
  • Strong clinical judgment and collaborative interdisciplinary skills
  • Experience with HIV medicine and antiretroviral therapy management preferred
  • AAHIVE/HIV Specialist certification or equivalent clinical HIV experience preferred
  • Knowledge of PrEP/PEP prescribing and HIV preventive strategies preferred
