LPN Full time Night Shift and PRN 12 hour shifts, 6pm-6am

Nodaway Nursing Home Long Term Skilled Care with 60 Licensed Beds

Job Responsibilities and Duties:

• Conduct Assessments, reporting and documenting medical changes to physician.
• Assist with admissions, complete assessments, MAR, TAR, POS, review the chart, physician orders, and order medications
• Assist with discharges, complete documentation, notification to physician
• Treatments
• Pass medications
• Manage CNA's and CMT's
• Documentation
