Director of Nursing Job Summary:

Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of nursing operations, including staffing, scheduling, and performance evaluations
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring patient-centered care and optimal outcomes
Maintain compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and accrediting bodies, such as CMS and The Joint Commission
Develop and manage budgets, product lines, and equipment purchases
Ensure accurate and timely documentation, including electronic medical records and incident reports
Foster a positive and respectful work environment, promoting teamwork, communication, and open feedback
Participate in strategic planning to drive growth and innovation, ensuring our center remains at the forefront of patient care and rehabilitation
Requirements:
Minimum 0 years of experience as a Director of Nursing or equivalent leadership role
Active RN license in the state of Alabama
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and empower teams
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients, families, and staff
Knowledge of state and federal regulations, including HIPAA and OSHA
