HVAC Service Technician
Phoenix Metro Area, AZ $25-$45/Hour (DOE) Full-Time Permanent

Responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
- Perform preventive maintenance on air conditioning, heating, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment.
- Install and replace HVAC components as needed.
- Read wiring diagrams and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems.
- Communicate professionally with customers and explain repair recommendations.
- Complete service reports accurately and maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment.
- Follow all company safety procedures and industry best practices.
Qualifications
- Previous HVAC service experience required.
- EPA Certification preferred.
- Experience servicing residential and/or light commercial HVAC equipment.
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Compensation & Benefits
- $25-$45/hour based on experience.
