Hiring: Associates, Of Counsel, and PartnersLocation: California (Remote; San Diego area preferred)

Compensation: $130,000 - $275,000 base salary + bonus

Annual Hours Expectation: 1,900

About The RoleOur client, a nationally recognized Am Law 100 firm, is seeking Business & Commercial Litigation Attorneys to join its growing California team. This opportunity is open to attorneys at all experience levels and offers flexibility to work remotely, with ties to the San Diego market a plus.

This role is ideal for attorneys who want hands-on involvement in sophisticated litigation matters and the opportunity to take ownership of their cases while working alongside a well-resourced national platform.

Key Responsibilities

Handle a range of business and commercial litigation matters in state and federal court
Draft pleadings, motions (including dispositive motions), and discovery
Propound and respond to written discovery
Take and defend depositions, and assist with witness preparation
Participate in hearings, mediations, and trial preparation
Conduct legal research and develop case strategy
Collaborate with attorneys across offices on complex litigation matters
Qualifications

Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
Licensed and admitted to practice in California (required)
Experience in business or commercial litigation preferred; all levels encouraged to apply
Strong writing, analytical, and research skills
Ability to manage responsibilities independently and contribute to a team environment
Experience with depositions, motion practice, and discovery strongly preferred
Trial experience and/or class action defense experience is a plus, but not required
