Role Description

Southern Air Mechanical, LLC is seeking a full-time Lead Installer to join our team on-site at our Alvarado, TX location. The Lead Installer will handle the installation of HVAC systems, ensure compliance with industry standards, and supervise installation teams to maintain quality and efficiency. Responsibilities include reviewing project specifications, coordinating tasks with team members, troubleshooting equipment as necessary, and ensuring timely project completion. Additionally, the Lead Installer will uphold safety guidelines and maintain positive client communication to ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong technical skills in HVAC system installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting
• Experience in supervising a team and coordinating installation projects effectively
• Understanding of industry safety standards and best practices
• Knowledge of relevant HVAC tools and equipment
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and capability to read and interpret blueprints or technical specifications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for team coordination and client interaction
• Ability to work on-site in Alvarado, TX, and commit to full-time hours
• Relevant certifications in HVAC installation or equivalent hands-on experience are preferred
