Job Title: Production Operator
Client: Food Manufacturing Company
Duration: 06 Months (Possibility of Extension)
Location: Weatherford, TX 76086
Shift: Monday-Thursday, 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM (10-hour shifts with 30-minute lunch)
Description:
- Monitor and control production processes to ensure safe and efficient operations.
- Perform product sampling, quality checks, and basic process analysis.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate maintenance activities.
- Follow plant procedures, safety policies, and permit requirements.
- Maintain equipment efficiency, product quality, and a clean, safe work environment.
- Support continuous production operations and complete assigned production tasks.
- Operate forklifts and assist with material handling as needed.
- Perform additional production and control room operator duties as assigned.

Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months of forklift experience (certification not required).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Safety boots covering the ankle are required.
- Must comply with PPE guidelines (no shorts, sleeveless shirts, or jewelry; silicone wedding band/medical alert bracelet permitted).
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
