Location Naperville, IL. This position will follow a hybrid work-from-home/office model with at least three days in the office weekly.
Role Summary
- Works to achieve operational targets within subject of expertise on a regional and/or dept basis.
- Manages staff within a dept, provides short-term tactical and operational oversight in assigned area.
- Provides improvements to existing processes/standards to support division goals.
- Maintains good working relationships with key vendors and partners.
Additional Responsibilities
- Team supervision Coach, mentor, counsel and develop employees
- Provide direction to the employees in the dept. in accordance with the organization's policies and procedures.
- Lead employees to meet the organization's expectations for productivity, quality, continuous improvement, and goal accomplishment incorporating and applying Core Values in role
- Negotiate pricing with vendors Take lead on depot / M&R rate review, analysis, approval
- Collaborates with various teams to develop, monitor and report on KPI's
- Develop reports for measuring cost and volume metrics
- Maintain depot / M&R rate databases in ONE's system
- Develop and maintain good working relationships with vendors
- Assists with the onboarding process for new and existing depots.
- Independently complete pre and post planning for depot / M&R procurement/onboarding.
- Escalation point for invoice disputes
