This opportunity offers a guaranteed hourly base pay with production incentives, earning potential of $80,000-$110,000+ annually, and a Monday through Friday schedule with no weekend work. Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair Domestic, Asian, and European vehicles.
- Perform automotive maintenance and repair services with a focus on quality and efficiency.
- Accurately diagnose vehicle concerns and recommend appropriate repairs.
- Work independently while contributing to a collaborative, team-oriented shop environment.
- Maintain professional communication with teammates throughout the repair process.
- Help deliver high-quality repairs that build customer trust and support shop growth.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional automotive repair experience.
- Strong diagnostic skills across Domestic, Asian, and European vehicles.
- Pennsylvania State Safety Inspection License required.
- Pennsylvania Emissions License preferred.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Positive attitude with a team-first approach.
- Strong professionalism and communication skills.
