Experience
Proven experience as a Litigation Attorney with a minimum of several years handling complex civil cases across multiple jurisdictions.
Strong research skills utilizing LexisNexis and Westlaw platforms to gather relevant case law and statutory information efficiently.
Excellent legal writing skills with the ability to craft clear, persuasive pleadings and memoranda.
Experience in legal drafting for various documents such as motions, discovery requests, contracts or settlement agreements.
Familiarity with legal administrative processes including case management systems and court procedures.
Exceptional negotiation skills to advocate effectively on behalf of clients in settlement discussions or mediations.
Ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail under tight deadlines.
