Curing Operator Position Overview:
We are seeking reliable Curing Operators to perform autoclave and post-curing operations in a manufacturing environment. Some prior knowledge required in manufacturing.
Curing Operator Schedule:
Night Shift: Sun-Wed, 8 PM-6 AM
!TRAINING!:
Must be able to train on 1st shift Mon-Thurs, 6 AM-4 PM for 4-6 weeks
Curing Operator Pay:
$19.00/hr During training
$19.75/hr Night shift
+$0.25/hr increase after probation period
Curing Operator Job Duties and Requirements:
- Operate autoclave and post-curing equipment
- Monitor curing cycles and record data
- Inspect materials for quality
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Perform general production tasks as needed
- Lift 20-40 lbs intermittently
- Stand for the entire shift
- Work in a fast-paced environment
