We are seeking an experienced trade professional (Mason, Roofer, HVAC Tech, or Handyman) to perform chimney evaluations, maintenance, and structural repairs on a 1099 subcontractor basis.
We provide the project pricing and client contracts you simply execute the physical work and field evaluations for a set, agreed-upon payout per job.

If you have solid trade skills, tools, and general liability insurance, WE CAN ASSIST YOU IN OBTAINING YOUR CSIA/NFI CHIMNEY CERTIFICATION to help expand your skill set and earning potential.
Ideal Backgrounds:
Masonry / Bricklaying: Tuckpointing, crown repairs, firebox rebuilds, brick/stone work.
HVAC / Gas / Venting Techs: Flue liner installation, drafting evaluations, gas insert hookups.
Roofing & Flashing: Pitch roof safety, flashing installation, leak mitigation around chimneys.
Skilled Handyman: Proficient with ladders, power tools, home repair, and site reporting.
What You Will Do:
On-Site Evaluations: Perform site visits, take photos/measurements, and report scope details back to management.
Project Execution: Complete assigned chimney sweeps, stainless steel lining, tuckpointing, crown repairs, and cap/flashing installations.
Workmanship: Complete all jobs according to company standards and NFPA guidelines.
Requirements:
Tax Status: Must operate as a 1099 Independent Contractor (Form W-9 required).
Insurance: Active General Liability Insurance & Workers Comp (or state-approved exemption).
Gear: Reliable truck or van, safety equipment, ladders, and standard trade tools.
Reliability: Strong communication skills and reliable attendance.
Compensation & Payout:
Flat-Rate / Per-Job Payout: Payout amounts are pre-determined based on the scope of work (fixed payout per liner install, crown rebuild, sweep, etc.). You know your exact payout before starting the job.
