We're a well-established retail pharmacy in Bethlehem, CT looking for an experienced Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC) to lead our pharmacy operations. If you're a confident, hands-on pharmacist who knows how to run a smooth shift and keep patients coming back this is your spot.
Schedule
Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 6:00 PM
No weekends No late nights No holidays
Compensation
$60 $65 / HR (based on experience)
Plus full benefit package
What We're Looking For
Active Connecticut Pharmacist license in good standing
PIC experience or strong readiness to step into the role
Solid retail pharmacy background
Strong leadership, inventory, and patient counseling skills
