Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate various business contracts and agreements.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Advise on corporate governance, intellectual property.
- Manage corporate restructuring, mergers, or acquisitions.
Requirements:
- Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active attorney license to practice in Ohio.
- Proven 3-5 years of experience in corporate or business law.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
