Job Description

The Machine Operator is responsible for operating various manual and automated equipment in the production process. Essential duties and responsibilities include setting up machinery for production and ensuring all necessary materials are available, operating and monitoring production equipment and replenishing materials as needed, visually inspecting production run and documenting results, determining and reporting malfunctions to the appropriate parties, maintaining clean and safe work areas at all times, and adhering to all company policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

High school diploma, GED or equivalent preferred. 1-3 years of general work experience required. 1+ years of prior warehouse or production experience preferred. Previous experience within a high-speed industrial environment and/or knowledge of industrial technology a plus. Must have the ability to lift, push and pull up to 50 pounds, reach above head height, squat, kneel, bend and reach. Must have the ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
