Machine Operator (Bare Copper)The Job Center Staffing is hiring for a Machine Operator (Bare Copper) in West Chester. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity in a manufacturing environment.
Compensation/Shift/Benefits
- Starting pay: $19.00/hour + $0.75 increase after training
- Overtime available
- Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), PTO

Responsibilities
- Operate production equipment and perform basic machine setups
- Make cuts from larger reels and prepare materials for production
- Read computer run schedules and monitor production requirements
- Log production output and downtime accurately
- Perform quality checks and maintain production standards
- Follow safety procedures and maintain housekeeping standards
Requirements
- Some Machine Operating experience
- Basic computer and machine operation skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Good communication skills
- Good attendance and reliability
