Electronics AssemblerWere looking for motivated and detail-oriented Electronics Assemblers to join our growing team! In this role, youll perform a variety of electronic and electro-mechanical subassembly and assembly operations, helping to build high-quality components and systems used across multiple industries. This is a 3 6 month temporary role with the potential to convert to a full-time, permanent position based on performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble and build subunits such as power supplies, cable harnesses, PC boards, and electronic systems.
- Perform soldering and de-soldering of through-hole and surface mount (SMT) components.
- Install and remove components such as resistors, transistors, capacitors, and inductors using soldering iron or hot air tools.
- Follow production drawings, wiring diagrams, and verbal instructions to complete assemblies accurately.
- Mount components and connect wiring using manual tools, ensuring precision and attention to detail.
- Conduct visual inspections, perform go/no-go testing, and ensure all products meet quality standards.
- Rework or repair defective units as needed.
- Follow safety and cleanliness procedures when handling flammable or hazardous materials.
- Maintain organized records, logs, and reports throughout the production process.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some vocational or technical training preferred.
- 0 2 years of assembly experience (electronics or electro-mechanical preferred).
- Ability to read schematics, follow work instructions, and interpret technical drawings.
- Strong manual dexterity and comfort working with small parts and hand tools.
- Must be able to communicate clearly in English and follow written and verbal instructions.
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
Compensation & Schedule
- Pay: $18$20 per hour (based on experience)
- Hours: Monday Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM
