Job Details
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am- 4:30pm
- Pay Rate: $15.50- $16.00 Hr
- Environment: Fast-paced production/plant setting with moderate to high noise levels.
Key Responsibilities

- Assemble heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) units according to work instructions, engineering specifications, and quality standards.
- Install and secure components such as coils, compressors, motors, wiring, ductwork, insulation, and control systems.
- Read and interpret assembly drawings, blueprints, work orders, and production schedules.
- Use hand tools, power tools, measuring devices, and testing equipment safely and effectively.
- Conduct quality inspections throughout the assembly process to ensure products meet company and customer requirements.
- Identify and report defective parts, assembly issues, or equipment malfunctions to supervisors.
- Perform operational and leak-testing procedures as required to verify equipment performance.
- Maintain production goals while adhering to safety, quality, and efficiency standards.
- Keep workstations clean, organized, and stocked with necessary materials and components.
- Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and OSHA regulations.
- Collaborate with team members, production leads, and quality personnel to ensure timely completion of orders.
- Accurately document production activities, inspections, and completed work.
Requirements
- Some clients may require a background check and drug test.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, GMP-regulated environment.
- Comfortable working in environments where noise levels vary.
