Job Title: Assembler
Location: South Elgin, IL
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00/hour (depending on experience)
Schedule: 1st Shift 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, 2nd Shift 4:00pm - 12:30am (training on 1st shift for few weeks)
Position Type: Long Term Temp

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dependable and motivated Assembler to support daily production activities within an assembly work cell. This role involves performing a variety of electronic and mechanical assembly tasks while maintaining high quality and safety standards. This is a great opportunity for candidates with some manufacturing experience looking to grow their skills.
Responsibilities:
- Perform electronic and mechanical assembly, including PCB assembly/testing and box builds
- Follow work instructions, blueprints, and production schedules
- Ensure products meet quality standards and specifications
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Support team members and assist with meeting production deadlines
- Report any production issues, equipment concerns, or defects to supervisors
- Follow all company safety and quality policies
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 3-6 months of manufacturing or assembly experience preferred
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
- Willingness to learn and take direction
Physical Requirements & Work Environment:
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Comfortable working in varying temperatures
- Work performed in a production and electromechanical lab environment
