Job Description: Marketing Social Media Specialist
Are you a creative storyteller with a passion for social media and community engagement? Community Care Plan is looking for a Marketing Social Media Specialist to help grow our digital presence and connect with the communities we serve.
In this role, you'll create compelling content across multiple social media platforms, manage our content calendar, monitor engagement, analyze campaign performance, and collaborate with teams across the organization to support strategic marketing initiatives. If you enjoy combining creativity with data-driven decision-making, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Bring
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
3-5 years of professional marketing and social media experience
Strong knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social platforms
Experience creating engaging written, graphic, and video content
Understanding of SEO, SEM, and digital marketing best practices
Exceptional writing, editing, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail
Preferred Experience
Marketing to women and families, particularly within healthcare or community-focused organizations
Experience with InDesign, MailChimp, Publisher, and Microsoft PowerPoint
