Assembler

JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced Assembler to join a manufacturing team in Corona, CA. This position is responsible for assembling components and mechanical units according to specifications, drawings, and quality requirements. The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently, using hand tools and measuring equipment, and performing detailed assembly and inspection work.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Position and assemble parts according to specifications and work instructions.
• Bolt, screw, clip, cement, or otherwise fasten components together.
• Assemble specific components at a workstation as part of a production team.
• Move between workstations as production needs require.
• Fit, align, calibrate, and adjust parts and mechanical assemblies to meet specifications.
• Select appropriate procedures, tools, materials, and equipment for assembly requirements.
• Read and follow blueprints, drawings, and assembly instructions.
• Use measuring tools to verify dimensions and inspect finished products.
• Identify and address assembly issues to ensure quality standards are met.
• Work independently with minimal supervision.
• Follow all company safety rules, procedures, and regulations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints or technical drawings.
• Comfortable using hand tools and measuring equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and company policies.
